When do I pay rent?
“
My wife and I are relocating and were trying to decide if we should sell our home, or rent it out as income property; Sandi Ohm’s insight into the Bay Area rental and rel estate markets proved invaluable in helping us to make up our mind. She conducted a thorough evaluation of our situation showing us the pluses and minuses of our options. In the end, she was more concerned about us making the right decision than about her profits. She is an asset to the Bay Area’s rel estate profession.
